Shannon, owner and lead instructor of Warrior Kids Yoga, is a 25+ year yoga practitioner and mother of two, who was inspired to bring the practice of yoga and mindfulness to children after experiencing first-hand the tremendous impact a regular yoga and mindfulness practice has brought to her own life. In this fast-paced, high demand culture, children need the tools and benifits of yoga more then ever. Shannon’s classes include social emotional learning (SEL) games, focus exercises and teaching your breath as a super power.

Shannon is a certified ChildLight Yoga Education Company®  Yoga & Mindfulness for Children instructor .

  • 11:45AM – 12:15PM: Mighty Minis
  • 12:30PM-1:00PM: Kids Yoga


Baby and Me Classes are designed for babies who are not yet crawling

Mighty Minis Classes are designed for children ages 2-5 years old

Kids yoga classes are designed for children in elementary school-12 years old
