All Levels Yoga
Exceed your expectations for yourself – grow stronger! A more vigorous practice designed to prepare you for the challenging Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. We will build on the foundations of Healthy Backs Levels 1, continue building: core strength, hip strength and balance. Opportunities to learn inversions – beautiful active decompression poses that challenge your core and back muscle strength (shoulderstand, headstand, etc) are also included.
Recommended for more experienced practitioners of yoga but all poses can be modified to feel free to come.
Expect to be challenged and to get a good sweat.
