Relax and De-stress to Get Ready for the New Week!

Come as you are – no flexibility required. We will support you with blocks, blankets and bolsters to help you relax and gently stretch.

During class, we will work through easy stretches for the hips, shoulders, lower back and neck. Let the instructor if you have any particular tight spots and he or she will help customize class to meet your needs!

We look forward to seeing you in class on Sunday evenings at 5:45PM and help you let go of some stress!
